It has been a delight being part of this celebration of Real Bread, and we would like to thank all the skilled bakers who entered the Championships and so enthusiastically flew the flag for the best of breads.

We’ve loved seeing Real Bread take centre stage at the Show this year; it’s been a treat to be part of. Once again, a thunderous round of applause to the skill and commitment exhibited at the first ever Scottish Bread Championships: the award winners deserve those certificates, and we all deserve more Real Bread.
