Shipping & Handling
Most of our orders are sent out by overnight carrier (we are currently using APC).
For ordering outside of the UK Mainland – Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Europe – we use the most economical service which is sometimes the postal system. We have to book each delivery separately, so please contact us directly to find out how much your parcel will cost to deliver:
- Telephone: 01333 730625
- Email: email@example.com
We usually despatch goods on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you need to receive the goods by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline or, at least, give you the most accurate information we can about your delivery. Delivery will normally take two working days but for more remote areas it can take up to five days.
Occasionally, an item you have ordered may be out of stock. This is unlikely to happen but if it does, we will contact you immediately to suggest an alternative, inform you of when we will have the item available or arrange a full refund of any payment you have made.
If your purchases do not arrive in good condition, or if there is a mistake in your order, please let us know immediately and give us brief details, including the date the parcel was delivered.
We will either send you a replacement free of charge (provided we still have some in stock) or you can choose to have your money refunded.
Some items are zero rated for VAT; others attract VAT at the standard rate and this is included in the price. We are also legally obliged to charge VAT on the packing and delivery costs of orders that contain standard-rated goods.
Credit Card Security
