Flour to the People Participant Resources

Thanks to the efforts of an inspiring network of passionate bakers and community groups, people across Scotland are discovering the joy of baking nutritious bread for themselves, their families and their neighbours.

We want to ensure that more people have this opportunity, so have worked with bakers and communities to develop the following resources to help you engage your community in a local flour and bread system:

  1. Supporting baking in your community
  2. Baking with Scotland The Bread flour
  3. Sharing the story of Scotland The Bread grains

If you have any recipes, ideas or resources that have proved successful in your project and that you think could help other communities, we would encourage you to send them across so that we can share them here – please email lyndsay.cochrane@scotlandthebread.org.

If you use these resources to get your community baking, we would love to hear how you get on! You can get in touch with us via email or social media, using the hashtag #flourtothepeople
