The Mill at Bowhouse

Welcome to the mill! We are based in Unit 8 inside Bowhouse, a hub for local food producers in Fife.

This is where our grain is milled using our Zentrofan mill, and where the flour is bagged up and packed for sending out to all our customers. It is also home to the full range of products in our online shop.

Meet the millers: Ludovica Perosin (Co-miller: Sales) and Liz Donald (Co-miller: Production)

Ludovica and Liz run the milling operation here at Bowhouse, both working part-time. They care deeply about the links between our food, health and the environment.

Everything is milled, bagged and packed by hand, so please be patient while we process and despatch your order. If you have ordered flour, we are milling it freshly for you!

We don’t have a shop front, so if you have chosen to ‘Collect from Bowhouse’ instead of having your order delivered, it’s best to get in touch to arrange a good time to collect it beforehand.

You can also buy our flour at Baern cafe in Bowhouse, and at Ardross Farm Shop just down the road.
