These are ridged versions of the classic round ‘cob’ dough proving basket. They produce that distinctive ‘continental’ appearance without the problems of sticking from which cane baskets sometimes suffer.

This wood pulp proving basket will hold 1kg of dough, allowing for expansion during proof.
