Long Plain 750 g
These long plain proving baskets produce a ‘baton’ or ‘bloomer’ shaped loaf without any indentation of the surface.
It is generally possible to fit more long-shaped loaves than round ones in a given oven space.
This wood pulp proving basket will hold 750 g of dough allowing for expansion during proof.
Please note: these baskets are not an alternative to a baking tin.
