The Oktini can be used to mill all types of grain in household quantities (e.g. rice, amaranth, emmer, wheat, spelt, kammut, millet, maize and even soy beans). The adjustment bar allows the grains to be milled to precise specifications of coarse to fine.

A powerful 360W industrial motor ensures the corundum ceramic millstone operates quietly even at high capacity. This stone has little in common with a classic millstone: fired extremely hard and finished with diamond tools, it has an even structure and rough surface to enable milling to the finest possible grade.

The mill can be operated single-handedly, and incorporates a brush into the millwork to sweep the Oktini clean after the milling process.
