The Billy 100 combines a timeless square design with sturdy milling units. Birch-ply multiplex housing is made up of individual layers bonded under high pressure, creating a durable boxing that guarantees a long life-span. This houses diamond-finished corundum ceramic millstones that run quietly on flexible bearings.

A simple adjustment bar takes the milling specifications from fine to coarse, the 360W motor easily handling even the toughest of grains. The Billy 100 hopper has a high milling capacity of 1.3 kg, with the mill outputting around 125g a minute of fine-ground flour.
