Scotland’s Bread, hosted by the Edible Garden project in the Botanic Cottage

Meet some of the community growers, RBGE staff and volunteers who have been growing Scotland The Bread grains this year and are now milling and baking bread with them.
We’ll be making a few loaves with these heritage grains at the Botanic Cottage. There will be activities for small hands and large at intervals, allowing time to play its part in the fermentation of real bread and good ideas.
Drop in and join the milling, breadmaking and bread tasting activities from 12pm to 3pm.
